Using animals flashcards is a fun and effective way to learn about animals .

Here's some different ways to use theme :

For toddlers and preschoolers :

• Basic identification ( animal name / animal sound …).
• Matching Games by having 2 sets of the same cards or matching to toys
• " Where is the …..?" Game

For older preschoolers and early elementary :

• More details identification ( discuss colors and patterns , talk about body parts …)
• " I spy " with animals : describe an animal and have the child guess .
